Notes
- All dimensions are in mm.
- All weights are in kgs.
- Density values are included for many common polymers. These may differ from values adopted by other companies. A value can be entered manually by clicking "OTHER" in the DENSITY drop-down menu.
- The embossing pattern on the surface of a sheet can affect the sheet weight and therefore the yield per tonne. A list of embosses available from Athlone Extrusions Ltd is included in the EMBOSS drop-down menu. Please select from this list before using the figures produced by the calculator.
- Four decimal places are used in all calculations.
- Yields are based on the nominal weight per sheet and do not take into consideration operational tolerances.
